Our famous Schäuferla from the pork shoulder with sauerkraut and potato dumpling is be served daily. Delicacies of the region are roasted venison, wild garlic and asparagus in different variations. And a lot of fish like the carps in beer or a smoked trout - you will like our food like your grandma!
The sweet delicious are our homemade apple fritters in beer with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon sugar.
Herbert’s hobby is to made the own sausages, hams and zwetchgenbammes.
