Franconian specialities like smoked meat with beans and warm ham change every day, on Sunday you will get original different roasts.
Our famous Schäuferla from the pork shoulder with sauerkraut and potato dumpling is served daily. Delicacies of the region are roasted venison, wild garlic and asparagus in different variations. And a lot of fish like the carps in beer or a smoked trout - you will like our food like your grandma!
The sweet delicious are our homemade apple fritters in beer with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon sugar.
Herbert’s hobby is making own sausages, hams and zwetchgenbammes.
Cheers: Enjoy a SEIDLA Kellerbier (1/2 litre) or a wonderful Franconian wine, like a silvaner or a red domina.
Our kitchen is open every day in the summer saison from 11:30 a.m. till 09:00 p.m. Monday we start at 5:00 p.m.
